In accordance with Article 13 of the General Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of personal data (RODO), we would like to inform you about the principles of personal data processing and your rights in connection with it.

The administrator of your personal data is BKM Control Sp z o.o. with its registered office in Konstantynów Łódzki, 95-050, Działkowa Street 26/28, regarding the protection of your data you can contact by writing to the administrator's address indicated above or by email at kontakt@bkm-control.pl.

Your personal data will be processed for:

conclusion, execution and continuation of contracts for services offered by the Administrator,
sales of services offered by the Administrator,
servicing the services offered by the Administrator,
conducting marketing activities by the Administrator independently or in cooperation with other entities,
investigation of claims,
archiving,
responding to letters and requests,
carrying out security-related activities,
fulfilling a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator (in particular: issuing and storing invoices/sales documents and other accounting documents, processing complaints),
conducting analyses and statistics in the scope of business operations.

Państwa dane osobowe są przetwarzane w następującym zakresie: imienia i nazwiska, stanowisko, danych kontaktowych (e-mail, nr. telefonu) i adresowych, firma reprezentowanego podmiotu, w przypadku przedsiębiorców przetwarzamy dodatkowo: NIP, REGON, adres siedziby, numer rachunku bankowego.

The legal basis for processing your data may be:

consent given;
The need to perform a contract or take action at your request prior to entering into a contract;
the necessity of fulfilling a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator;
the necessity arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator.

Your data may be transferred to the following entities:

cooperating entities and contractors, in connection with activities commissioned by the Administrator and carried out for and on behalf of the Administrator,
courier and postal companies that will deliver shipments to you,
law firms, serving the Administrator in the scope of its activities,
entities or authorities authorized by law.

The Administrator undertakes to use appropriate security measures, both technical and organizational, to protect your personal data.

Your personal data will be kept for a period of time that is adequate and not longer than the periods in accordance with the current legal regulations in the particular areas of personal data processing, i.e.

legal provisions that may oblige the Administrator to process data for a specific period of time (e.g. the Accounting Act),
the period for which services are provided,
the period that is necessary to defend the Administrator's interests,
the period for which consent has been granted.

In addition, we inform you that you have the right to:

request access to personal data concerning you in order to correct the data,
to request the completion of incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement,
to delete your data or to restrict processing,
to object to further processing of your personal data,
request the erasure of your data from BKM Control's personal data file,
The right not to be subject to profiling,
transfer of your personal data.

Pursuant to Article 21.4 of the RODO, we inform you that you have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you. The objection should be submitted to the Data Protection Officer. In accordance with Article 21(1) RODO, when submitting an objection, you should indicate the reasons related to your particular situation.

If you have doubts about the accuracy of the Administrator's processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Your data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling.
