Thanks to many years of cooperation with our partners, our company has expanded its operations with robotic production lines. With properly designed robotic workstations, we allow our customers to reduce production costs along with an increase in the quality of their end products. Investing in robotics allows our investors to prepare to enter Industry 4.0. Our offer includes the integration of industrial robots into applications such as:

What does the construction of robotic workstations look like?
The construction of robotic workstations requires an individual approach to each customer in order to meet all his expectations and thus provide the highest level of service. We are able to robotize such processes as: machine handling, palletizing, pick & place, welding, welding, coating and glue application, etc.
We implement the process of building robotic workstations using solutions:
- mechanical design (IronCAD),
- electrical design (AutoCAD Electrical),
- offline simulation and programming (Yaskawa Motosim, FANUC Roboguide),
- and we program and configure PLCs, HMIs and drives from leading manufacturers - SIEMENS, BECKHOFF, MITSUBISHI.
The whole process can be divided into several stages. Below is our action plan:
- audit at client`s site,
- job design,
- acceptance of the concept,
- initial commissioning of the stand components on our shop floor,
- control of the correctness of execution and cycle time,
- installation of the stand at the target site,
- commissioning and assistance under target conditions,
- operator training,
- process optimization,
- technical support and service.
Maintaining the above-mentioned arrangement of activities ensures the correctness of the entire project and the stability of its operation .

With built-in applications in the palletizing process, we allow customers to relieve the end of the line, increase packaging efficiency and become independent of staff shortages. Palletizing has always put a heavy burden on employees, and improper handling of loads by them has increased the risk of injury. Industrial robots a sure and proven solution in palletizing and packaging processes allowing businesses to increase production by speeding up the process of shipping products.
Integration with machines
The proper installation of a robotic application to operate machinery determines productivity in a plant. The simple work of moving semi-finished products and receiving finished products is, contrary to appearances, monotonous for workers and it is hard for them to perform this work without interruption. Industrial robots can repeat such activities several thousand times a day with the same efficiency. Investing in robotization improves working conditions for personnel in the plant and increases their safety.
