- increased autonomy.
The automatic bundling machine has been designed to bundle mounting clips for underfloor heating systems by welding. Thanks to the use of modern solutions and extensive experience in building equipment for sorting and bundling clips, the new machine is very efficient.
The machine does not require manual separation of clips. The clips are poured into the hopper. Subsequent sections of the machine separate them and position them in the desired array. The clips are then bundled and transported outside. The machine is equipped with a control system with a control panel that allows verification of the process and machine status and their parameterization. Operation of the machine is highly intuitive, which translates into ease of use.

Thanks to the use of modern solutions and extensive experience in the construction of pin sorting and bundling equipment, the new device is very efficient.
The modern welding mogul ensures stable and long-lasting operation. The soft alloy core ensures proper temperature distribution and the abrasion-resistant coating ensures low mechanical degradation.
The device uses linear drives to ensure consistency of parameters over time and weld stability. These systems provide precise control of process speed and position.
Our engineering team has designed all the components required for the correct operation of the line. Their manufacture is carried out by well-known Polish companies and the assembly itself is again carried out directly on our premises by qualified employees.
