An example of an automatic palletizing station.
A Yaskawa GP50 industrial robot from Yaskawa was selected together with the customer as the design base. Its application allowed to meet the performance and functional requirements of the customer such as:
- handling a line with a continuous output of 90pcs/min,
- fitting into a limited area,
- automatic feeding of empty pallets,
- pallet buffering and transport,
- handling of product with variable dimensions (width 35-70, length 700-1400)mm,
- handling of 3 pallet variants (800-1000-1200)mm,
- palletizing layout defined in recipes independently of the robot.
The station itself was designed and manufactured in our company and consists of modules:
- buffer transporter,
- picking conveyor,
- pallet transport unit,
- pallet feeder,
- robot,
- control system including safety system.
Our team of engineers has designed all the components required for proper operation of the station. Their manufacture is carried out by Polish companies well known to us, and the assembly itself is again carried out directly on the premises of our company by qualified employees.
