An example of the installation of a product marker vision inspection system.
The verification line was based on a 2D symmetrical vision inspection system. Its application made it possible to meet the customer`s performance and functional requirements such as:
- 44cm/s line handling,
- product diameter 400-800mm
- automatic reject,
- operation on standard roller conveyor,
- remote database operation,
- 180-degree verification.
The system was designed and manufactured in our company while the entire installation consists of modules:
- line cameras,
- illuminator system,
- background illuminator system,
- positioner,
- control system.
The system can have the function of verifying the reading of markers for their layout, color and shape Depending on the properties of the equipment, these systems allow correct operation regardless of line speed and product dimensions.
Rejection of product that does not meet the verification criteria can be carried out directly through built-in rejection mechanisms or communication with the system responsible for transportation. Marker verification data can come from both the local database but can also be imported from higher management systems such as MES, WMS or ERP.
Our team of engineers has designed all the components required for the correct operation of the line. Their manufacture is handled by Polish companies well known to us, and the assembly itself is again carried out directly on our premises by qualified employees.
