An example of a device for sorting and combining parts coming from an injection molding machine. (In this case, a pin for floor heating).
The device was created on the basis of a structured layout of technological processes. Its application allows to meet the performance and functional requirements of the customer, such as:
- operation of the line with a continuous output of 4-8pcs/sec,
- possibility of gluing elements with tape,
- possibility of thermal bonding,
- 10-50pcs package size,
- operation with selected productivity 0-100%.
The automatic bundling machine has been designed to bundle mounting clips for underfloor heating systems by gluing with paper adhesive tape or welding. Thanks to the use of modern solutions and extensive experience in building equipment for sorting and bundling clips, the new machine is very efficient.
The machine does not require manual separation of clips. The clips are poured into the hopper. Subsequent sections of the machine separate them and position them in the desired array. The clips are then bundled and transported outside. The machine is equipped with a control system with a control panel that allows verification of the process and machine status and their parameterization. Operation of the machine is highly intuitive, which translates into ease of use.
An additional advantage of the machine is its compact design and the possibility of adapting the device to individual customer requirements, such as fitting it into an existing production line or equipping it with a quality control section.
Our team of engineers has designed all the components required for the correct operation of the line. Their manufacture is handled by Polish companies well known to us, and the assembly itself is again carried out directly on our premises by qualified employees.
