An example of a device for grinding metal hollow profiles.
The device was developed based on the orderly layout of technological processes. Its application allows to meet the performance and functional requirements of the customer such as:
- Grinding of profiles with sides of 20-100mm,
- grinding of profiles with lengths of 1000-4000mm,
- automatic return of workpieces,
- automatic drying of workpieces,
- grinding depth adjustment,
- wet grinding,
- liquid medium filtration,
- variable grinding belt position (tilt) function,
- Auto-adaptive grinding depth function,
- total wear detection function of the grinding belt.
This example shows a device equipped with 6 grinding heads. The heads are paired and mounted on monolithic bases made of cast iron. The design of the device is modular and allows modification for specific requirements.
Our team of engineers has designed all the components required for the correct operation of the line. Their manufacture is handled by Polish companies well known to us, and the assembly itself is again carried out directly on our premises by qualified employees.
