Edge computing and machine monitoring
We connect your machines, collect data from their controllers and turn it into production insight: OEE, downtime, scrap and machine states — live and with full history.

What you gain
Why work with us
Real OEE instead of estimates
Availability, performance and quality calculated from machine signals, for every shift and every order.
Downtime with reasons
Every stop is logged automatically; the operator adds the reason with a single tap on the panel.
Data stays in your plant
Processing on an edge gateway in the OT network. The cloud is an option, not a requirement.
Quick start on existing machines
We start with a pilot on one machine, often without touching its PLC program.
How it works
Three layers, one consistent architecture
Machines and PLCs
PLCs from Siemens, Beckhoff, Mitsubishi and other manufacturers, sensors and meters. Data read via OPC UA, S7, ADS and Modbus TCP.
Edge gateway in the OT network
Collects and buffers data, calculates OEE and downtime, and keeps working even without a connection to the office network.
Dashboards and IT systems
Browser-based dashboards for the shop floor and office, shift reports, export to SQL, MES and ERP via REST or MQTT.
What we measure
The data you actually need
We define the scope during a signal audit. We start with a few key indicators and extend the system once it proves its value.
- OEE and its components
- Good parts and scrap counters
- Cycle times and line takt
- Running states, stops and alarms
- Process parameters and recipes
- Utility consumption from meters
Process
Implementation steps
- Signal audit
We check what data the PLCs provide and what is missing.
- Pilot
We connect one machine and launch the first dashboards.
- Roll-out
We add more machines and integrate the data with IT systems.
- Growth
Maintenance, new indicators and reports as the plant needs them.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do we need the cloud?
No. Data can be processed and stored entirely on site. A connection to the cloud or a central system is added only when needed.
Will it work with older machines?
In most cases, yes. If the controller does not expose data, we add a communication module or sensors for the running signals.
Can the data be integrated with our ERP / MES?
Yes — via a database, REST API or MQTT, depending on the system on your side.

PLC modernisation and migration
Replacing obsolete controllers and panels without losing machine functions. We recreate documentation and move the logic to a new platform.
2D and 3D machine vision
Dimension and height measurement, quality inspection and object detection on conveyors. 3D profile scanners, lidars and cameras integrated with the PLC.
SCADA and HMI
Process visualisation, alarms, recipes and reports. New systems and migration of existing panels and operator stations.
